AND THE CLEAR WINNER OF TONIGHT'S DEBATE?
...Joe the Plumber!

Hey JOE - way to go! Debate kudos to Mr. Wurzelbacher whose unseen presence dominated tonight's exchange (over 15 times he was mentioned at last count). You can't help but like this guy.

I have never seen two candidates pander with such verve to win the collective support represented by one hard working and very smart, unafraid, well-informed, and confident businessman. Obama really didn't know how to respond to him. Check out Joe's first response to Cavuto's question:

NC: "Joe, did he win you over?"
JW: "No not at all; and his answer actually scared me even more."
The American people were well represented this evening by Joe's earlier appearance demonstrated in the clip above. If you haven't seen it - it is a must view.

Take a dig and let me know your thoughts...

Is it too late to get "Joe the Plumber" on the Nov. ballot?

Or maybe Governor Palin ought to keep his name in her holster as a potential running mate in 2012....

I don't think that most of Obama's supporters care if he IS Mickey Mouse, they'd vote for him anyway.

BTW, McCain won...and Joe the Plumber.

If facts matter, McCain won. If a cool, calm demeanor matters, I guess Obama "won".

I hope we don't ignore the facts like we did with 9/11.

The fact that Obama has alliances with among other unsavory people, an admitted terrorist who, together with his wife, bombed our government buildings (the Capitol and the Pentagon), a police headquarters in New York, and a Judge's home, which killed several people in the process is something we shouldn't ignore.

Because the reason Obama and Ayers are still together is that they are taking Ayers' radical agenda into the public school system.

Ayers is a Professor and an "educational reformer" who hates America, especially it's capitalistic system, and wants America to look more like Venezuela or Cuba.

Ayers met with President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, and admires his government and schools.

Ayers said in a speech, with Chavez by his side, "Venezuela is poised to offer the world a new model of education--a humanizing and revolutionary model whose twin missions are enlightenment and liberation...Viva Presidente Chavez".

Ayers also said he supported "the profound educational reforms under way here in Venezuela under the leadership of President Chavez. We share the belief that education is the motor-force of revolution....I look forward to seeing how you continue to overcome the failings of capitalist education as you seek to create something truly new and deeply humane. See article.

On the issue of our economic crisis, see "Planting Seeds Of Disaster" by Stanley Kurtz which tells how Obama has, through funding and personal-leadership training, supported ACORN, and how ACORN had a major role in precipitating the subprime crisis.

I find it very amusing that they have reaction lines scrolling across the screen in live time. Forget about the issues, who scores "debate points". And the fact that there are independent and undecided voters in this election cannot be more revelatory of the moral and intellectual reality of the American electorate.

Why would Obama, given his voting record or lack there of, and his formless and foundationless method of speech be considered capable of standing uprightly on a definitive issue in a debate? The outcome of this debate solidifies what I think(or rather I pray) most Americans believe.

The rub: One of your previous commentors made a brilliant point; his politics need only sound fluid, and his demeanor cool. Many will likely vote with there eyes and not with there minds.
